Job Requirements

This is what we believe in, a security officer who will be:

Professional: our officers carry badges and wear professional uniforms at all times.

Certified: our officers passed background checks from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (must have a guards card).

Follow instructions by the book: our officers follow instructions from “Post orders and procedure book”. (CGS and client instructions, written by CGS).

Courteous: our officers are trained to provide superb customer service to client and guests.

This is an example of how officers will conduct themselves at your business or post:
“Good morning Mr. John Doe.
John Doe: “good morning guard, what time are you here until”?
Officer: “I am here until 4:00 PM this afternoon. How can I be of assistant?
In the evening, our security officers will greet Guests by applying “Good Evening”, how can I be of assistance this evening? Etc.
