Each post will have a post procedure book; general information that includes general security procedure i.e. trespassing, main responsibilities, bomb threats, theft, PR and customer relations etc. We will also train them to assist you the client to be a back up if and when: A. Maintenance is not present: we will be ware of how to shut off water valves, how to find essential panel such as eclectic or switches. How to assist with resetting or reassessing situations when fire departments are on post.

4) Assist Sheriffs and Fire Departments in case of an emergency, each officer will be trained in case of an emergency. They will know where exits, fire extinguishers, fire escapes, layout of building and any emergency procedure we need to know to provide you with a complete peace of mind while you are away or present.

5) As an owner, I will reward officers according to your recommendations and advisory; if officers are doing great, we will provide incentives to reward them. Those officers you feel he or she should stay with you, we will make sure to keep them, we will not cause a huge turn over just like other security companies where clients cannot keep because they want to pay less. I will provide qualified officers with the right pay.

6) Each officer will be paying a complete attention, making him or herself a valid deterrent at the post. We will make your post attached to a reputation that “security is active”, they are doing what are suppose to do. The post is completely secured.
