Q. What are your credentials? Are you certified?
A.We are certified by the bureau of security and investigative services. We are completely licensed and insured so you can be confident that we are the qualified proessionals you need. We are licensed by the Department of Consumer Affairs, and the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. Our State License number is: PPO15578
Q. What are some of the services you provide?
A. We provide professional security services for special events, special arrangements or any type of event you might have. Our full time and part time security operations cover office buildings, apartment complexes, stores etc. We also provide outdoor services which cover construction sites, outdoor events and parking lots.
In addition to listening to our clients' specific instructions, we provid services such as directing traffic, issuing parking violations or warnings and even monitor incoming traffic.Our monitoring services include CCTV cameras for local or broad locations with the ability to contact monitoring agencies or police in case of emergencies. Furthermore, you can trust us to secure perimeters and/or parking lots via foot patrolling and vehicle patrolling.

A. We serve the entire Southeern California.
Q. Can you describe in detail what the process of working with you will be like? What steps do you take?
A. First, the client and CGS will conduct an analysis of your business security needs. We will find out where and when we need to focus our patrols within post. Where and when should we focus our best efforts. Who is allowed on premises, and who is not allowed. How should we treat traffic, visitors, employees, appointments, new employees, etc. We make sure we stop at no point until we realize what is important to you, the client, and how can we make the place safer.
After deep investigation regarding post procedures and costumer relations, we will now create confidential post procedures that contain all the important instructions we have created together.
Then, we will discuss with you, the client, which areas we need to focus on, how many hours should we assign to post and all the information and details we can come about. After it is apparent that we have all the information we need to conduct a professional security operation, we will assign a professional security officer(s) who are trained, licensed, and ready to execute those same post procedures we have created together.
After we have completed our initial mission of making your place secured, completely, we move to the next step. Our professional relationship has just begun. We will build a long relationship with you the client by providing you with the best security supervisors, and follow up account manager. Our supervisors will be attending on that post, checking on it, and making sure officers' work is complete. And our account manager will consult with you regarding any new instructions, or adjustments. We would like your place to be a worry-free-environment, so you can focus on other important issues.
We would get involved in any aspect concerning security or safety or any concerns or tasks you wish us to be involved in to provide you with a great service and peace of mind.
